Super Moon Ride

Another big midweek group headed South and were treated to a very dry and fast ride with Mediterranean views across the bays before heading back under the light of the last super moon of the year, which we were all surprised to hear (despite popular science) is only 200 miles away from the earth (B Campbell 2014).

Club Update.

By now you should all have had your club pack with 2014/15 decals included and a couple of Dept 26 stickers (who doesn't love stickers!).

The 2014/15 decals are for your bike and/or helmet and they are there to demonstrate you've paid up your subs and are fully entitled to ride our woods. So it's a good idea to get them on as soon as!

The woods are looking great with a great deal of effort recently put in by club members in getting them in tip top shape before the weather and dark nights set in.

We have a club meeting on Tuesday at  the Preston at 8pm, so if you need to ask anything or want to know what's coming up, come along.

Next Saturday there is an Exmoor Trail Blast planned, good technical trails and a full day out. Contact via text to the club phone if you're interested in going.
