Thank you to all riders and supporters of 2017's Charity Ride!
At time of writing we have managed to raise over £1,500 for Talan's Trust and the Chris Lucas Trust.
20 started and 20 finished, it was a very tough couple of days in the saddle with all the weather could throw at us!

The Dept 26 Charity Coast to Coast is back, this time it is an East to West crossing and will take place on September 09/10 2017
We will be departing from Shaldon on the South Devon coast and ride back to the North Cornwall coast finishing home in Bude.
I can't lie its a big weekend of riding, and a significant challenge to all that have signed up!
Day 1 covers 70km with over 2300m climbing (1800m descent).
Day 2 is longer at 100km but with 'only' 1275m climbing, 1750m descent and some easier terrain.
Day 2 is longer at 100km but with 'only' 1275m climbing, 1750m descent and some easier terrain.
So all in your looking at 170km (106 miles) with in excess of 3500 (11700 feet) vertical. How high is that? Well add Scafell pike, to Snowdon and Ben Nevis (highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland) (from sea level) and your nearly there!
The route has a high percentage of off road riding using double track byways, single track and cycle paths.
We hope to be largely self-sufficient. But will have a small amount of support if the needs arises.
These will be hard days in the saddle, determination and perseverance will be more important than speed or skill.
Almost 20 riders have set themselves up for this real challenge and they are all taking it on with the hope to raise money for Talan's Trust, as it is a trust that is very close to us all.
It's a long way home.
